Have you ever wanted to learn about the specialized field of ADR and looping? Join us for this special one day event to learn the ins and outs of ADR and looping with Johnny Gidcomb. Johnny Gidcomb has done ADR on six of the top ten grossing films of all time:  Avatar, Titanic, The Avengers, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame and Iron Man 3.  He has been the ADR casting coordinator for 20 Marvel films.  During his 22 years coordinating and casting ADR for feature films and television, Johnny has worked with some of the most talented directors, editors, and sound supervisors in Hollywood.  In addition to ADR casting for film and television, he also works on podcast and new media projects.  Throughout his career, he has also been an active participant in the Los Angeles theatre scene, having directed over 20 productions. Under his direction, those productions earned numerous accolades and were nominated for Ovation Awards.  Before venturing into the looping/ADR world, he studied theatre at Boston Conservatory of Music, Theatre and Dance, and was the CEO of The Groundlings Theatre, where he ran the facility and the school.  Johnny has taught ADR Looping for 15 years in Los Angeles and across the country, where many of his students have gone on to create their own successful voice-over/looping careers.
